Linear furnace thermal profile acquisition system
The LOP – Linear Oven Profiler system is a linear furnace thermal profile acquisition system designed for precise temperature monitoring during industrial processes.
The hardware consists of a physical equipment that, when introduced into the furnace, advances solidly with the conveyor belt. A programmable data logger and a set of 4 thermocouples are housed in the equipment, enabling accurate thermal mapping throughout the production cycle.
The software application is developed in LabVIEW™, the graphic development environment of NI - National Instruments. The software allows the scheduling of an acquisition mission by the datalogger, and downloading data to files and databases at the end of the mission.
